Cuban Conan

Has anyone seen the Conan episode from Cuba? I watched it and thought it was fantastic. It was a mix of the travel channel with the Conan show. Conan visited several places and took part in many activities (language lessons, singing, dancing, cigar rolling, rum tasting, and more). It was great to get a look into a world that we don't normally get to see.

You should try to see it if you haven't.

One I always wanted to see again the piece where he and Andy became ice cream truck drivers.

He was smart….funny…..respectful…..had the ability to make everyone around him relax. I enjoyed all that you mentioned above, especially the rum tasting (and rum-in-a-box)! Side by side statues of Jesus and Karl Marx was funny too. He just made everyone laugh….it was an excellent glimpse into a culture we barely know.

(Loved the cars from the 50's, too)
