Reminds me of an incident with my daughter. A boy called her a fat cow, and she replied "that may be, but at least I'm not going to be asking do you want fries with that when I graduate! " She got in trouble for fighting which occured after that comment! I couldn't be mad at her. I never come up with good comments on the fly.

Cute inside and out. She's going to go far, because she is ON her feet. She can defend herself. Whatever style of parenting she is getting, they need to keep it up. What confidence!

little boy calling her ugly, hurt her. She had a hard time getting that "ugly" word out.

I'd like to give her a hug and tell her she's beautiful, because she is, inside and out.
