In the 2008 primary, what was the name of that slob in a sweater

who used show up as a campaign manager/spokesperson for Hillary? He was a former? Republican she had hired. Large rather unke?pt guy. I think his first name was Peter but am not certain. I just can't retrieve it from the memory bank. Anyone remember.

He was a loathesome creature and her selection of him as well as other issues really left me cold.

and I was amazed that the "media savvy" Clintons would hire such a loser as a spokes dude. I always thought if you looked closely enough you would see food stains on that sweater.
