I think we ought to officially rename BillO "O'Really?". Neither he nor Fux has any shame so it may be the only one to be rid of him: the constant reminder of his demonstrable lies and our disrespect could cause a melt-down.

Those of us old enough to remember Walter Winchell may see a parallel forming here.

I thought what we're seeing with the gradual diminishment of Limpbutt on radio would mimic Whinchell's demise and fall from the broadcasting heights most but I'm thinking now the O'Reilly spectacle will get even more bizarre when it's time for Brian Williams to come back to NBC in 5 months.

Of course he can't possible re-assume his nightly news role so NBC will find something else for him to do, which will put added pressure on FOX to do something about O'Reilly.

Rachel made the point last night that you simply can't have a "news" organization whose biggest star is a known, serial liar. Not if you want to be considered a "news" organization anyway.
