Mad Max trilogy running back to back on Esquire network.

Can't believe that the last one was made in the eighties!

I knew the decade without having to look it up because of the jazzercise headbands that were part of the costumes.

Fury Road opens in May. Looks like it has all the bangs and whistles expected of our more current times.

That's my dystopia du jour, complete with bug eyed monsters. I guess I prefer my mean and ugly future with showers instead of dirt artfully applied by the makeup department. Same big ugly guns, of course, but the flying taxicabs give it an added fillip.

That we are devolving into a "Mad Max" society. Some people around here used to mock me for that, but it's only getting worse.

For a guy called Mad Max he comes across as the most laid back and mellow person in the trailer, all the rest of whome seem to be 7 shades of insane.
