Why I don't believe statements from corporate America about the discrimination RFRA laws

Corporate America owns the politicians. Campaign contributions, ALEC, etc etc.

Corporations like WalMart, McDonalds and CocaCola have lobbyist eyes and ears in these state houses. They know whats going on before we in the general public do. Its easy to speak out against this horseshit after the fact, but where is corporate America before this bullshit passes? If they were really against this stuff, why not use funding as a leverage for politicians like Pence? They do it for everything else, heavens knows. How much scrilla did Pense get from ALEC, Club for Growth, and the US Chamber of Commerce last election? How much will he get next election?

The reason is they need this kinda shit to get these GOP fuckers elected. "We're just helping rich guys fuck you over" isn't much of a campaign platform, even in the reddest of states. Corporate America needs the culture war to unite the "lowest common denominator" voters against a common enemy, because the rest of their agenda is so repulsive.
