One striking feature of Hillary's launch video is the diversity of people it features ahead of her own appearance in the campaign spot. One thing which seems to disturb republicans the most is a focus on the interests of minorities, women, gay Americans, Hispanic individuals, and others who are pictured in her short video. By putting this variety of Americans first in her campaign appeal, Hillary directly challenges much of the republican's narrow appeal and narrow politics which is geared to their predominantly white, male base of voters; many of who express little interest in the particular needs, rights, or opportunities of those Americans outside their privileged class.

(52,162 posts)I can think of one though, I would bet Palin used her daughter in an ad or two at somepoint. Tom Harkin might have used his brother in 92, though I have no idea.
