I find this issue a little tough to get excited about, especially when the problem exist at the White House.

This is one of those things that sounds like a big deal (like the NFL being a non-profit) but when analyzed falls apart.

The reasons the White House gave are the exact same reasons that apply the real world.

I think everyone agrees with the platitude that "Equal pay for equal work' is a good thing ... it's also unenforceable without a new government agency that collects and analyzes payroll information.

Anyone that thinks they're being underpaid is free to shop their skills and talents in the hope of finding more lucrative employment.
