Oklahoma Police Unable to Explain Why Body Cam on Cop Who Killed Man “Malfunctioned”

http://photographyisnotacrime.com/2015/04/oklahoma-police-unable-to-explain-why-body-cam-on-cop-who-killed-man-malfunctioned/

Oklahoma police shot and killed a man over the weekend, then called a press conference to release body cam footage to ensure complete transparency.

However, they released all the footage surrounding the shooting except for footage of the actual shooting.

That footage was never captured due to the officer’s body camera inexplicably malfunctioning.

But Sand Springs Deputy Police Chief Mike Carter insisted his officers are not as trigger happy as cops are proving to be across the nation.

Yeah, that's the ticket! Just like his wife, Morgan Fairchild, who he's seen naked!

That 18 1/2 minutes of silence was a "malfunction" too. hobbit709 Apr 2015 #3
I predict an epic of "malfunctions" just prior to extrajudicial killings. hifiguy Apr 2015 #4

The body cam thing is a good idea, except for all those times when they might "inexplicably" malfunction.

injury to someone, then you are put on unpaid leave for one year.

second time it happens, fired

need unions to help us with this

too bad cops betray the whole reason for unions

Shitweasel kkkops will always find a way to short-circuit any potential for accountability.

they spend enough time oiling their guns and such. Maybe the day will come where more take the other aspects of their responsibilities just as seriously.

At a minimum, a supposedly malfunctioning camera, should be evidence to look at lot closer at what actually happened.
