She's raised about $1,000 on gofundme but the last update is almost two weeks old. Haven't seen any post either.

Unfortunately her story hits too close to home since I had a pretty tough time within the past year. Mostly gave her some suggestions when she began having trouble with her landlord, one of which was to get prepared to move away knowing that as someone renting property the law favors the owner.

I hope that she can get some help because she sounds like she is in a desperate situation.

at her local public hospital. If she is suicidal, she needs the counseling and referral and help in getting in a homeless shelter. They might be able to temporarliy re-locate her dog. My husband has worked with homelessness in our city both as staff at city hall and currently as voluntary chair of the city's Homeless Commission and he said that the situation isn't good for her dog either so that is a consideration. There are people out there that are willing and able to help. She needs medical, psychological and social services help and who deal with desperate people every day. I believe they can help her.
