North Dakota politician Randy Boehning got caught with his pants down when 21-year-old Dustin Smith showed a local Fargo newspaper explicit photos the state rep. sent him via Grindr.
When Boehning, who recently voted against protecting gay North Dakotans from housing and employment discrimination, was confronted with the evidence, he came out as bisexual.
