Vermont beats Hawaii in top 10 most liberal states
Saw in a earlier thread where the most liberal states were being discussed. Vermont ranks #4 to Hawaii #9. Oddly, they have DC coming in at #1 which isn't a state. This is from a 2012 OP. The only thing I could find newer was from a RW rag. My State didn't even rank. How about yours?
