If Bernie wins the Presidency, who would you like to see in his Cabinet?

He mentioned on ABC the other day that he might pick someone like Robert Reich for Treasury. That would be a good pick, I think.

But he would need a team that is not connected to Wall Street or the Big Banks and go into the job with the same goals for reform.

Elizabeth Warren would make a great VP !

Sherrod Brown at Labor.

And maybe his first pick for the Supreme Court might be Barack Obama?

However...

However, we all know it is too early to be naming Cabinets. But it is not too early to think about how to bring about reform and what type of individuals would be needed to do the job. Tim Geithner need not apply...

to run as VP. I don't think so. She feels needed in her Senate seat, and I don't think she is going to budge at this time. Maybe later in her career.

She is much more useful there than in a largely-ceremonial office. But how 'bout Alan Grayson at Justice?

the actions (or ambivalence) to women and minorities is far greater in scope than just the labor dept. Consider a permanent committee on discrimination made up of Labor, Health and Human Services, Housing and Urban Development, and Education.
Or replace the Department of Homeland Security with a Department of Opportunity?

Either is workable.

Somehow, and I'm not sure how, capable advocates have to be put in place to move on that campaign.

ERA, Fair pay, breaking the school to prison pipeline, protesting reproductive choice etc. Coordination between the various social tweeks going on would be helpful.
