I truly believe that Bernie Sanders is doing a good deed for America by running for President. His quote above shows that he has the courage to step forward. I think that is very admirable of him.

Yes, they will say he is "old". They will say he has crazy hair. They will call him a "socialist". They will call him a "gun nut".

Bernie is a grandfather but he has a very keen mind. His hair does look a little like Ben Franklin from time to time but that shows that he is an "independent". He is a democratic socialist, similar to the folks in Scandinavia and most of Europe. He is not a "communist". His beliefs are very close to the progressive Democrats of the Democratic Party in this country. Bernie may not vote the way some folks like on the 2nd Amendment rights, but , in my opinion, he is not a "gun nut".

Bernie is a patriot.
