"Freedom isn't a right, its a commodity.."
" You know what your problem is? You believe everyone has a right to freedom. Freedom isn't a right, it's a commodity, who's price fluctuates with supply & demand."
Quote from the 2012 movie No God, No Master
In 1919 a federal agent uncovers an anarchist plot to destroy democracy in the US.
I started watching this movie on Showtime this morning.
Though the reviews at the time of its release wern't great, it did indeed lend some thought to big money (Rockefeller's) & Labor, & the involvement of young JEdgar Hoover & somehow this same class system is very much the same today as in the 1900's.

No gods, no masters
No gods, no masters is an anarchist and labour slogan. Its English origin comes from a pamphlet handed out by the Industrial Workers of the World during the 1912 Lawrence Textile Strike. Wikipedia

Though I am certainly not calling for anarchy, the political similarities of then & what I see happening now with a gradual change in democracy, equal & accepted human & workers rights, gave me cause to post this for those who may want to discuss & pick apart the story.
It is history & it is also very current, I believe.

This movie is from the anthology of anarchism.
It is controversial in opinion & somehow today's wealth & global control by the .001% as well as destruction of our Unions, found me drawing more than a few concerning similarities & a realization as to how that top elite percent views the world compared to the rest of society.
Thanks
