How about this for TPP?

Instead of corporations having their own extra-judicial tribunal system, instead do that for labor. Any worker, union, or labor activist in any TPP country can challenge a nation's labor laws, or a corporation's violation of those laws, in an international court. Instead of corporate lawyers on the jury, instead the jury will be composed of human rights lawyers and labor lawyers.

Yeah, I know, never gonna happen.

I'm looking to call my state senator to make sure that this is possible if they try to push through the house bill that was passed relatively in secret here in Oregon, that's PO'd a lot of Democrats to their reps in that body for passing HB 3212 which will allow Monsanto and other companies to sue and help take down regulations restricting GMOs in localities like Jackson and Josephine counties where residents and organic farmers passed bans on GMO seeds to prevent pollution of their crops there. ISDS done here in Oregon right now as we speak! Oregonians should be calling their state senators this week!

From this article it sounds like many house reps were misinformed about the ill effects of this bill that might have affected their vote had they known what it really was going to do.
