The Fast Track bill will be the only time the House of Representatives would have a say on TPP
Since treaties are only ratified by the President and the Senate, this is the only time that the TPP can be blocked by the House of Representatives.
The last obstacle will be getting 2/3 of senators to approve of TPP.
