Grand jury returns indictments against all 6 officers in Freddie Gray case
BALTIMORE —Baltimore City State's Attorney Marilyn Mosby on Thursday announced a grand jury has returned indictments against all six officers in the Freddie Gray case.
Mosby said additional information has been discovered since their investigation began and, "Charges can and should be revised based upon the evidence."
"This past week, my team has been presenting to a grand jury that just today returned indictments against all six officers," Mosby said.
Some of the charges were dropped, but others were added. False imprisonment charges were dropped for the officers who arrested Gray.
