this is more a act of god type crisis, still don't think they deserved money for the fertilizer explosion taht inspecting the place could have prevented. That was their own fault.

my area never got Sandy money, because we did not live there full time, still in Christie's pocket to give to his friends.

hypocrisy is an art form with that crowd, wouldn't surprise me if they have a handbook for that sorta crap.
