A family member of the classmate whom Mitt Romney allegedly bullied in high school says she has no knowledge of the incident, according to news reports.
Christine Lauber, the older sister of former Romney classmate John Lauber, has told ABC News she was at college when the incident allegedly occurred while her brother, John, and Romney attended high school at the Cranbrook School, in Bloomfield, Mich.

I can understand that this is pretty painful for them.
It seems, tho, that the sister herself answered her own question: perhaps he just didn't want to talk about it and that's why she didn't know.
Wealthy families can cover up a lot of unpleasant stuff....

Remember, the editor decides not only what is news, but what parts of the "news" to leave in and what parts to leave out.
For instance: Mittler got to graduate from Cranbrook, even though he physically assaulted and battered a younger student.
The victim, however, never got that opportunity. Lauber was expelled from the elite school for smoking a cigarette.
Thus, the integrity of the illusion of class hypocrisy is maintained.
If that doesn't work, the pressure of being exposed for whatever is in the sisters' background makes for a handy silencer.

And no, "No knowledge" generally means, I don't know first hand.
