The United States ranks just behind Mexico and just ahead of Barbados in electoral integrity on a ranking combining multiple elections on a report from an Electoral Integrity project being sponsored by Harvard and the University of Sydney. The 2012 elections ranked just ahead of Mexico, but the 2014 elections ranked just behind Mexico, and just ahead of Colombia.

South Africa, Rwanda, Mongolia, Argentina, and Tunisia all have better electoral integrity than us.

AND I don't just blame Republicans. Republicans are slime, that I expect to cheat, lie and steal elections
until Democrats call them out on it, bluntly & publicly, as being the "enemy of Democracy in America".
Why Dems haven't done this is way beyond me. Rep. Conyers did a lot of work on this, beginning during
the Bush years, but then it kinda just sank like a stone once Obama was elected.
