MSNBC shows. For the life of me I can't remember his name, he's a Professor of something somewhere (isn't that awful?) Very sharp guy. As soon as someone identifies him I'll be d'oh! Of course!

...it just said love them and the hate spewing from the right is NOT NOT the love of God.

- Dyson mentioned the bible says the way we treat the LEAST of us is how we judge ourselves...there's no way someone can rationally say the LGBT community is the in power or affluence like even blacks or Hispanics are in US society if anything there's work to get rid of the community as a whole...we have a presidential candidate that assaulted a gay person as a teenager for Gods sake!!!

- The one Bishop tried to come back with the law and the other bible scholar mentioned that if you're going to live under part of the law you have to live under the whole law and that includes killing children who disobey their parents....Christians can choose NOT to be under that law after JC.

- The only thing I could think of from the bible was that JC spoke against bigotry PERIOD and the bigotry towards people who are LGBT is relayed in pious folk (left and right) picking and choosing to exalt what they think God hates more at the same time being the type to vote for people who ask for forgiveness only after announcing they're running for president.

These verses are left out of the Christian right AND THE LEFT...churches...

Not that Ed can't hit it out of the ballpark, but this guy is smart and he does it in a calm, rational manner.

back in the day when Jane Hamsher got too much attention for her lies. Now he seems to be on board - can't really trust someone who goes wherever the wind is blowing.
