PHILADELPHIA (CN) - After being beaten by officers and incarcerated for 18 months on a bogus warrant, Steven Miles Johnson says the Philadelphia Office of Licensing and Inspection seized the NCAA Championship Ring that he earned playing football for the Tennessee Volunteers.
