Nebraska voters go to the polls

OMAHA, Neb. - After a long campaign, political candidates in Nebraska find out tonight who will move on to the general election in November.

The polls opened at 8 a.m. and will remain open until 8 p.m.

The hotly contested U.S. Senate race among the Republican candidates will get most of the attention. Jon Bruning, Deb Fischer and Don Stenberg are battling to see who will face the likely Democratic candidate, Bob Kerrey, in the fall.
