5. I'm more than a bit negative by nature. And not being in WI-Dem leadership I lack info

But I do read A LOT. And still I'm in a bad place to say something good about national party support for the recall.

6. We are CONSTANTLY being blasted with Walker TV ads and junk mail. I am not sure that I have seen

any TV ads at all for Barrett post-primary. This is going to be an election with national consequences, and we're never going to have access to the kind of cash that Walker does, so the DNC needs to help us out as much as possible.

7. We get ads through Milwaukee Time-Warner Cable service.

I'm pretty sure that much of the media effort is being concentrated on 'holding ground' rather than gaining ground.

Turnout is the issue, I'm hopeful most pro-recall people hit 'mute' when a walker or kleefisch ad comes on.

10. I'll admit to personal anxiety about the DNC's aversion to taking a stand

And I'll admit that my anxiety could be a matter of my personal perspective rather than party policy.

Still, I will hope that the DNC will make a high profile commitment.
