We hire the sickest, most psychotic and most sadistic human beings in prisons, jails and police departments then treat them like Gods and "Heroes", let other psychotic and sadist cops conduct the investigation, rarely hold them accountable and if we do its time off with pay or we let them retire with full benefits then we throw a little taxpayer money at the victim's family.

You get what you paid for.
