Can't Seem To Do Anything In US Benefitting Country Without RW Hysteria & Vitriol.

We cannot seem to do anything that moves the country forward without RW & Christian hysteria, tantrums, vitriol, hate and vicious anger coming out. Try to give people health cover, deal with Iran, raise the minimum wage, expand Medicare, feed people by giving them food stamps, talk about climate change, LGBT getting their rights, take down racist flag, mention immigration reform, protect worker rights, etc and the RW goes absolutely berserk. RW hate radio goes red hot alert and we have a volcanic eruption of racism, bigotry and general mayhem. Fox Noise has a temper tantrum and all the nasty pundits come out of the woodwork.

Now we are in a war fever and the Iran Deal is causing seizures and foaming at the mouth by the RW because we are not bombing Iran already. Now we will be in the mother of all resistance over the Iran deal for months while real issues go ignored.

You just get sick of this RW crap.

Everything they do and believe and "think" is upside-down to reality. I suppose it begins with believing that the world was created in 6 days, and women were made from some dude's rib, and so on. If you can seriously believe that stuff, as opposed to seeing it as metaphor, you might just believe in anything.

And of course, they are useful idiots for the control-mongers. Keeps us divided and easier to conquer. Personally, I don't think it does much good to go after the useful idiots. They can be marginalized. It's the control-mongers who use them who need to be taken down.

Speaking of the useful idiots, I've found a technique that seems to work on them. Luckily, I don't know too many of them of them in real life. My family and friends, for the most part, are rational and compassionate. But I do tussle with idiots occasionally on Facebook and elsewhere in my virtual life.

Recently during an exchange on Facebook, a guy I grew up with, but haven't seen in 25 years was saying that same-sex marriage was "against God's will." I said that many people, and the number is growing, simply do not give a shit about "God's will," and we will not allow "God's will" to legislate, well, anything anymore. He told me I was going to hell, and my response was "THANK GOD!!! That's where all the cool people are, and I'd much rather hang around with "sinners" for eternity than with idiots like you." That kind of shut him up, and lots of other people chimed in in agreement with me. He was shocked that so many people, including some his family members were perfectly willing to say "Fuck God." I've done that a couple of times since, with similar results.

And I think that's what we all need to do with these people. "Fuck God." Look... I'm still standing! I haven't been struck by lightning! I'll deal with whatever happens to me in the afterlife when I get there. IT'S NOT YOUR PROBLEM! Your problem is to figure out how to live in the real world.

And so it goes...

Most conservatives are conditioned by the right wing noise machine to hate every move of Obama. Ring that bell and watch most conservatives foam at the mouth.
