That was lucky - I like Scott - he ran the week

(1,958 posts)I saw this episode and if you are referring to Final Jeopardy, it was an easy clue.

(269,212 posts)He only bet $1,000 and was third at that stage. He's quite solid.

(1,958 posts)I have always considerd Jeopardy! more about strategy and of course knowing the questions. I still think Final Jeopardy was quite easy this time. Of course Icelandic Air flies out of MSP and we have considered a long weekend at Reykjavik.

(5,264 posts)or does he look like the love child of Jeff Bridges and Geraldo Rivera?

(14,061 posts)I thought that the other two would absolutely know the answer -- it was that easy. (And is it just me, or have the questions been easier than usual lately?)
He did catch some breaks this week. On Thursday, I thought the woman in the middle was going to run away with it until she missed that Daily Double.
Scott has my undying loyalty merely for beating that annoying Dancing Jennifer earlier in the week.

(269,212 posts)By the way I was so rooting for him to get rid of Dancing Jennifer - she needs some 'calm down' medication.

(14,061 posts)...I thought, "She'll win tonight, and be around a LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOONG time." That just seems to be the way it works with annoying people and that show. I thought I was just being a crusty old woman with my attitude, but I checked out a Jeopardy message board and almost to a person everyone there felt the same way. People like that just grate on me.

(10,177 posts)That was a close game against two worthy opponents. The whole week was fun.
Edit: I went to the Jeopardy site and looked up "dancing Jennifer." I must have missed that day, fortunately. In her introduction tape she looked full of herself.
