(23,867 posts)But now I keep coming back to the original thought. I say that because I sit here with all of the resources to bring myself out of my own financial situation, and I can't get my brain to do it. If I could see the world with pure consciousness (whatever that is), I could see all of the inventions that don't exist yet. Or in the case of the poor, they could see the way of bringing themselves together to fight for financial equality.
Hell, I'm talking like there is a way to fix the world's problems. I think that's naive. But somewhere along the line we do make progress. Rosa Parks. Was she the first to sit in a white section? Was it just the timing? Or maybe just the right conditions?
It seems like the solutions to the problems in life are only separated from reality by a thin layer of consciousness and conditions. I hate it. I struggle daily with the desire to solve these troubling things.
