a hereditary monarchy. They are, rather like the Borgias were to Renaissance Italy. The greed, power lust, corruption and general scumminess match up more or less one-to-one.

Too bad about all the crap he caused in Iraq though. Does he have a one liner for that? Something like "a little blow back never hurt anyone. Heh heh"
