Gore won the general and we know in a recount would have taken Florida.
I think there is a lot of evidence to show GWB stole the election in '04.
Just accept that for arguments sake.
That means Bush I was the last GOP to win the White House. Almost 30 years of Dems winning.

A comprehensive review of the uncounted Florida ballots from last year's presidential election reveals that George W. Bush would have won even if the United States Supreme Court had allowed the statewide manual recount of the votes that the Florida Supreme Court had ordered to go forward.
They recounted every ballot.
