7. At the least, homeless people can use the public library. A homeless man successfully sued

the town of Morristown, N.J. over this.

The school where I was a teacher (N.J.) had a student who used to shit all over the school. He had a medial/mental diagnosis and there was nothing the administration could do about his habit.
