Question about the Contempt of Court hearing scheduled tomorrow for Kim Davis

The order states "Defendant Davis and each of her deputy clerks shall be present at the hearing." Is it possible that the judge is setting up a situation where he fines Davis but jails her deputies?

As is well known, it is not a defense to commit an illegal act and claim you were just following orders from a higher authority.

order then the judge should tell them:

Hi Ho Hi Ho
Its off to jail you go.

As to her minions, they are not elected officials so I would think that the county should be able to fire them on the grounds that they are refusing to perform their assigned duties.
