Bill O'Reilly and Jorge Ramos were face-to-face Wednesday night, with the Fox News host referring to the Univision anchor as an "enabler" who didn't care if people were killed by illegal immigrants.

As I recall, Billo vehemently denied that there could be any connection whatsoever between his months-long vendetta against Dr. George Tiller and Dr. Tiller's assassination in the entryway of his church.

Who reaches a wider audience, Billo? Activists sporadically in the streets of disparate localities or a nationally telecast personality who's on millions of televisions every day?
