Trump doubles down on Megyn Kelly with gas attack.

At a sweltering rally in Laredo, Texas today, a reporter asked Donald Trump if he was ready to apologize to Megyn Kelly for remarks made at the last Republican debate. Trump then said “you know what, here’s my response.” He then shifted his posture and audibly broke wind. “Catch that and give it to Megyn, would you? Because she is a loser, like you.”
After the rally, one Trump adviser predicted another rise in the polls for the GOP front runner in the wake of the flatulence, adding, “this just proves he’s a regular guy.”
After the incident was reported, Senator Cruz called an impromptu press conference and opened with this. “Here’s what I think of the Democrats,” after which he belched loudly.
A source close to Rick Perry, said he is considering picking his nose at the next Republican debate. Jeb Bush could not be reached for comment.
