Question - What Services Could Be Denied/Activities Condoned Under "Religious Freedom"?

I wonder what services could be denied or what activities could be condoned or protected under "religious freedom".
We know that contraception and gay marriage could be denied. But what if someone declared the "genital mutilation" was a religious practice. I know in Colorado the GOP voted against making mutilation being illegal. There are religions that condone "child marriage", polygamy, polyandry etc.

Now my question covers practices of just about any "religious practice". Just curious. Imagine the chaos if you could deny a service or condone a practices based on your religious belief.

Just imagine.

That will solve a lot of problems, I would imagine.

BTW, you are correct about contraception.

Evolution under that law. What if only Religious schools could exist and the rest were told to fold up and go home?

Are you asking what even more extreme activities religious folk might try to protect under the guise of "religious freedom?"

Or are you asking what activities should be condoned under religious freedom - what baseline religious practices should be protected?

If it's the former; I don't think they are even going to win this particular battle, so while some municipalities or counties might continue to deny services unjustly or to condone extreme activities, I don't think society as a whole is going that direction.

If its the latter, that's a more interesting question, but considerably broader.
