Here's a thought about Mrs. Kim Davis

Put her salary - which I'm sure she's collecting sitting in jail - in escrow until she sees the day of light. A few weeks without any income coming in might change her mind real quick. Then take court costs and fines out of it.

I am in Texas and I know that this concept would not be legal. I doubt that it would work in Kentucky
