(60,010 posts)I have found memories of drive time with a cup of coffee and NPR on the radio.....back in the day.
But dumped them, along with the tv, when the slanted exploitation became so obvious.
Our house has the wonderful sound of silence now.
We use headphones for music and videos, so that other family members can enjoy reading or listening to the birds, etc.

(63,263 posts)Mara Liasson has been pulling this double-whammy for years, pushing the Conservative talking points while somehow getting credit for being politically objective.
The fact that she ignored Sanders is nothing new from her, and honestly it shouldn't be the last straw. Her last straw should have been a decade ago.

However, their site with that really off-putting red color just blasted my eyes, and it makes things barely readable.
I sincerely hope the site owners would change their color scheme or lay out at the least.
