How many Venezuelans could you feed for $100,000?

I ask because the Venezuelan Government spent approximately that much to buy a full page (color) ad in the New York Times today. NOT to tell us about the evil deeds of the CIA trying to bring down the glorious People's Revolution, but to explain the Venezuelan position on the border conflict with Colombia.
