A source close the investigation said Walter killed that man for $1,000. The source said the hit was ordered by a white supremacist group. According to the source, Walter admitted to leaving the man's body on or near railroad tracks so that the killing looked like an accident.

A source also told ABC-13 Walter killed his father over a family dispute, and after the killing, Walter placed his dad's body in a shopping cart, covered him with a sheet, and rolled him down Todd Street to the abandoned warehouse ...
