2. At least Bernie will get some airtime. Can't understand why Clinton, O'Malley, et al won't do

these gigs.

No the "liberal" media is all Republican all the time with an occasional bone thrown to Democrats.

5. I don't know the routine but I doubt a presidential candidate, especially ones that haven't been on

before need to be invited. A call on Monday saying 'hey we would love to do your sunday show' should make it happen but as I said, I don't know the business.

Bernie seems to have little problem with getting booked.
