It's like an inch of snow down here....cars all over the road and ditches and some just left parked in teh middle of the road.

Living in central valley, Modesto area and the first rain in the fall I would have to allow an extra half hour for a 20 mile drive just because there would be wrecks all over...

...during the first rain or snow because there is oil and dirt buildup that hasn't washed off yet.
