3. When teachers

are forced to stop teaching how to think and how to study, and start teaching for tests and pure rote memorization instead, then this happens after a few years, the good ones quit or give up, and bad ones come in to replace them.

Not saying all teachers are bad, but it seems that they have to buck the system to actually educate students.
