With the arbitrary rules change moving Fiorina up, while not simultaneously demoting anyone to the kids table, they now have 11 in the main.

In the JV event, Perry's out, so there's only four participating.

Since they're no longer restraining the main event to 10, wouldn't it just make sense for CNN to go ahead and put the other guys in? But I suppose that would cut the free 5 hour ad for the GOP down to half.
