I criticize Obama a lot but he did very very right today when he reached out to this kid and let world know the situation.

An astrophysicist from MIT, his college of choice, was on and invited him to camps and encouraged him to continue being creative abd thnking outside the box. His smile said it all: lemons into lemonade.

And it came out that although he asked for his parents, the cops refused to let him call them and continued to question him for over an hour. Those cops should be charged for denying him his rights. They knew he was a minor and would not let him contact his parents. This is a serious problem for that police department.
