Is it ok to say I would want to punch Ted Cruz right in the face?

Or is that a no-no? I think my email was sold to his people and every dam day they send me a new request to have faith and make a sacrifice like he makes for us. My daily requested sacrifice is always the same. $1,000 $250 $100 $50 $35. This is a daily freaking email! I tried unsubscribing but it never seems to work.

So with that being said, I declare today Punch Ted Day! Stupid SOB.

Lets say my email is
JohnDoe@gmail.com

If I make a donation to Habitat for Humanity, I tell them my email is JohnDoe+Habitat@gmail.com.

If habitat sold my email to Ted Cruz, when Ted is emailing me using JohnDoe+Habitat@gmail.com, I know that habitat was the one that gave it to him, and I block that email address, so even if they sell my email to 100 people, it blocks them all.

This trick may not work outside of gmail, but see if there is something similar you can do with your email provider.

I heard rumor that apple was talking about doing something like this with their email but I had no idea it was already incorporated in gmail. The account that I'm having issues on is aol based. I know they are forever old but I've had that email since the 90's.
