Rowan County Marriage Licenses May NOT Be Valid Legally.

If marriage licenses for heterosexuals have the full name of the county clerk and the gay licenses do not or if they all do NOT have the signature or name, then they may not be valid legally. When you significantly alter a legal document as defined by law such an action can make the document legally worthless. So these marriages may not be marriages in the end.

Rowan county is out of compliance with what other counties are doing. Such discrepancy is glaring.

Seems like a clear bias if the licenses are different for different people. yardwork Sep 2015 #2

As you say, if she altered just the licenses for same-sex couples but not straight couples, then she's treating same sex couples differently.

The judge told her that she wasn't allowed to do that and all the higher courts chose not to intervene or take up her appeals.
