I guess because he supposedly rolled some public sector unions in WI and that made him popular with some Republicans.

My guess would be Rubio. He does that sunny conservative thing very well--much better than Walker--and has no real convictions except his own ambition.

He's lining up for 2020. He has to rebuild his image in WI first, of course. That or hope an R appoints him to a cabinet post. Labor Secretary? AH!

It's really no shock to those who know his record that he badly mismanaged something...
