For years I also never heard of Francis Perkins, who was the leading force behind the establishment of national unemployment insurance, Social Security, and a national minimum wage.

Loved Pope Francis' recognition of Dorothy Day. What an amazing accomplished life. I am looking forward to read her autobiography "The Long Loneliness"!!!
