These will likely crush middle class voters the most while the rich will simply redo how they do business to reduce the pain of the new plan.

Having read the plan-I don't understand how it would do anything but create a huge budget deficit. It doesn't seem to raise enough money to run the country and it seems no simpler than the old plan while making soul crushing tax raises on the middle class.
